The Site is a confidential, invite-only briefing about the Aspen Alpine Retreat at Ashcroft project. By accessing the Site or requesting a sign-in link, you accept these Terms.

Description: Transactional, one-time sign-in links sent to vetted contacts who explicitly request access by entering their mobile number on this Site.
Message frequency: Variable, only on request. Typically less than one message per session.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier; we do not charge you for the message.

By entering your mobile number on the Site and tapping “Text me,” you consent to receive a one-time sign-in SMS from Aspen Alpine Retreat to that number. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us — you can always request your sign-in link by email instead.
Mobile information and SMS messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy, Section 3.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HospitalityOS LLC and its officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your access to or use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HospitalityOS LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your unauthorized disclosure of confidential information from the Site.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms or the confidentiality obligations in Section 2.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
